What Makes Our Program Any Different?

With years of training experience in teaching workers, supervisors and management from safety to performance in all types of industry, we have learned that a great program requires the following elements for success:

  • core content that provides exactly what is needed
  • theoretical and background subject matter coupled with practical hands on application
  • testing and measurement of demonstrated knowledge and skill
  • outstanding trainers that engage the learner and can motivate interaction through discussion and 'hands on competency'
  • trainers who have extensive health care experiences that can bring their knowledge and experiences to help learners gain first hand competencies
  • ongoing quality control and feedback from participants to ensure materials, instructors and the overall training experience is meeting expectations
  • programs that are current, approved, and delivered to recognized standards
  • training taught to reflect the specific workplace environment of participant's and associated hazards
Our First Aid Instructors

At CBHM, we made a decision to employ only health care professionals with years of front line experience to teach our program. This was done to help ensure quality control of the training delivery of taught skills. We are very careful to select only those trainers who can:

  • deliver results and ensure participants are competent in meeting all elements
  • keep a group of participants engaged and excited about the learning and training experience
  • quality control the delivery of all training elements as approved by the WSIB in meeting Regulation 1101.
