When you visit the Canadian Business Health Management Inc. website, the server automatically collects certain technical information from your computer’s Web browser or Internet device on the Internet. CBHM makes no attempt to link this traffic information to the individuals visiting our Web site.

When a user provides information by use of any of our “Request Forms”, CBHM representatives will hold this information in confidence to be used solely for the purpose of providing correspondence pertinent to the users request between a CBHM representative and that user. Limited Client and Partners are asked to provide a name and e-mail address in order to receive a password to access our confidential extranet site.
You may choose not to provide us with any personal information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the website; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the website that require your personal information.
