  • Worker or JHSC complaint to the MOL
  • Workplace inspection
  • Workplace refusal or stop work activity which is not resolved internally by your JHSC
  • Critical injury or fatality
  • Follow up on MOL orders
  • Legal advice regarding the consequences of an accident

Please note, your business should have a plan in place to respond to routine MOL inspections and accident investigations. If you are interested in this program or would like to discuss how we might assist you, please contact our office.
