Canadian Business Health Management Inc. (CBHM) respects your privacy, your information, and how it may be used and/or shared. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement, or within the terms and descriptions within any contractual agreements between the client and Canadian Business Health Management Inc. By visiting healthmanagement.ca, you are accepting the practices described herein, and understand that this Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected at the Canadian Business Health Management Inc. web site.

Information Collection and Usage 

When you visit the Canadian Business Health Management Inc. website, the server automatically collects certain technical information from your computer's Web browser or Internet device on the Internet. This information includes the amount of time spent on the site by a visitor with a unique Internet identifier, the pages visited and returned to, the operating system, and Web browser used, the referring Web site and any keywords used to find our site on a search Web site. These server logs do not contain any personal information and can only be accessed by CBHM representatives. When a user provides information by use of any of our "Request Forms", CBHM representatives will hold this information in confidence to be used solely for the purpose of providing correspondence pertinent to the users request between a CBHM representative and that user. Limited Client and Partners are asked to provide a name and e-mail address in order to receive a password to access our confidential extranet site. 

We may disclose your personal information in special cases if required to do so by law, court order or other government or law enforcement authority; or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is otherwise necessary or advisable, including, for instance, to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with the rights or property of Canadian Business Health Management Inc., or another user, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities, or in order to enforce our web site Terms of Use.
